SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number. You may choose to receive this via email, text message (SMS) or through Whatsapp.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We include FREE shipping with every jacket (Within the U.S.) All made-to-order jackets ship directly from Peru the day they are finished being embroidered.

  • Our standard shipping option from Peru to the U.S.A. takes approximately 25 business days (including passing through Customs) and arrives to your door via USPS.

We offer two expedited shipping options as well

  • 15 business days (also arrives to your door via USPS).

  • & our quickest delivery option to the U.S. is a rapid 5 business days (via DHL).

 

Whenever we have jackets currently in our inventory, our standard shipping time is 5 business days (USPS Priority mail) within the United States. Shipping times will vary for international destinations. Please check our Current Inventory section for jackets that are in-stock within the U.S.

 

 

 

How can I contact your couriers?
 

Depending on your choice of shipping, please refer to the website and tracking number associated with your order. Afterwards, if you still have any problems or questions, please contact us.

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes! Our Prices include Free shipping to the United States. We would love to offer Free delivery of our jackets to anyone World-Wide, but the best we can currently offer for all International orders, is an automatically included $40 discount for cost of international shipping charges. Actual shipping costs are calculated at our payment page of check-out.

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged in any way. We ask that you take photos of any torn or damaged packaging prior to opening your order. If you would like to make a return for any reason other than it arriving damaged, please contact us. Restocking fee may apply.
